Most current education websites only focus on the content structural design, rather than artistic design. Without considering the web surfers＇ experiences, they are presented in an uniform format and appeared to be boring and tasteless. Therefore, their functionality cannot be explored thoroughly. In order to make education websites better serve the educational community, art design cannot be ignored. The Dot is one of the most important elements in the art design. It is web designer＇ s basic skill to study the nature of art in the structure of the web pages, understand its characteristics and visual effects. Based on this skill, along with the study of visual experiences and psychological effects of the human being, understanding the nature of the substances, the websites can be presented in a whole new style.
