A Contrastive Study of FLAC Simulation Methods in Fault

弱化法和Interface命令法是FLAC断层模拟中的两类基本方法,通过对两类方法的对比分析,认为两种方法均能达到断层模拟的目的,但断层弱化法能有效抑制网格变形,并保持断层两侧岩体的连续性,具有较好的模拟效果。

The weakening method and the interface command method are two basic methods in fault simulation using FLAC- 2D. This paper mainly discusses these two methods and it believed that both of them can achieve the goals in fault simulating. But the weakening method can effectively restrain the grids from transmuting, and keep the continuity of the rock at both sides of the fault, the result of which is better.
