战略管理成为现代企业管理的中心,财务管理是企业战略管理的核心战略,在企业战略管理中具有举足轻重的地位。很多人对战略管理在企业管理中的作用以及战略型财务管理没有足够的认识。本文从战略型财务管理的目标、战略型财务管理的观念、战略型财务管理的内容以及战略型财务管理的方法四个方面展开论述,以求达到对战略型财务管理有一个大致清晰的认识和了解,使得财务管理更好地服务于企业的战略。

Strategic management is the core of modern enterprise management, while finance management is the core strategy in enterprise strategical management, and plays an important part in it. Noticing the lack of sufficient awareness of this importance of finance management for many people, the author presents this essay to make the strategical finance management more clearly known and understood from the following four aspects： the goal, the idea, the content and the method of strategical finance management.
