腹腔镜下子宫血管缝扎术用于全子宫切除术32例

Suture of uterine vessel in laparoscopic total hysterectomy:with a report of 32 cases

目的:探讨腹腔镜下全子宫切除术血管处理的方法。方法:回顾分析32例腹腔镜下子宫血管缝扎术应用于全子宫切除术的资料并与阴式组对照,比较两组的术中出血量、手术时间及术后病率。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量差异有显著性,术后病率无差异。结论:腹腔镜下子宫缝扎术可减少术中出血,缩短手术时间,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective：To explore the operative method of uterine vessel in laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods：The data of 32 cases of suturing uterine vessels in laparoseopie total hysterectomy were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the vaginal treatment regarding blood loss,operative time and complication rate. Results：There was significantly difference in operative time and blood loss between both groups, There was no difference between two groups with regard to complicate rate. Conclusions ： Suture of uterine vessel in laparoseopie total hysterectomy can reduce blood loss and operative time. This operation has a higher clinical wdue.
