摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗复杂子宫肌瘤的价值。方法:回顾分析应用腹腔镜下筋膜内子宫切除术治疗150例复杂性子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料。结果:150例患者均在腹腔镜下完成手术,无并发症发生。结论:只要熟练掌握腹腔镜手术技巧及盆腔解剖结构,腹腔镜完全可以完成复杂性子宫切除手术。
Objective： To explore the value of myoma of uterus treated by laparoscopy. Methods： All patients who suffered from uterine myomas （ 18 and 20 weeks gestational size） underwend laparoscopic intrafascial hysterectomy. Results：50 cases of myomas were treated by laparoscopical hysterectomy and no complication occurred. Conclusions：As long as the surgeon adroitly gain the operative skills of laparoscopy and anatomic structure of pelvis, laparoscopy could be applied efficiently and safely in treatment of complicated myomectomy.
