摘要
首次报道了杂多酸溶液化学吸收从气流中脱除H2S制硫磺之新工艺。实验结果表明,气流中H2S脱除效率与溶液酸度、杂多酸浓度、H2S含量以及温度、停留时间有关。吸收的最佳酸度为0.1mol/dm3H2SO4,此时H2S的脱除率可达99%以上。对吸收机理进行了研究。通过对比纯硫磺和H2S转化物的热分析图谱和化学分析,确证了杂多酸在吸收H2S过程中,H2S被氧化为硫磺,杂多酸被还原为单电子杂多兰。杂多兰易被Cl2,FeCl3和NOx氧化而再生。
Removal of H2S and recovery of sulfur by chemical absorption into 2-molybdosilicic acid solution was initiated. The experimental results showed that the removal of H2S from gas streams was a function of concentrations of H2S and 12-molybdosilicic acid,acidity of solutions,temperature and contact time of gas and solutions. The optium acidity for H2S absorption was found to be 0. 1 mol/dm3 H2SO4 where the removal of H2S from gas streams can be over 99%.The chemical absorption mechanism was investigated in datail. It was found that the H,S in gas streasm was oxidized into elemental sulfur. More than 95% sulfur produced can be recovered. The 12-molybdosilicic acid (H. SiM12 (Ⅵ)O40) was reduced to H5SiMo11 ( Ⅵ )Mo( Ⅴ )O40 by H2S. The molybdenum blue solution can be regenerated easily by chemical oxidation with NO2, Cl2, and FeCl3.
