摘要
研究了在NH3参与下,干法脱除SO2中的温度效应.实验结果表明,在SO2与NH3的热化学反应中,反应程度随温度上升呈线性下降;然而,在脉冲电晕放电条件下,SO2脱除率却随温度上升呈现非线性变化.通过测定不同温度下的产物组成,揭示了在脉冲电晕放电条件下,干法脱除SO2存在两条平行的反应途径:(1)先成盐后氧化;(2)先氧化后成盐,在较高温度下反应主要按第(2)条途径进行.
The effect of temperature on SO2 dry scrubbing with ammonia has been studied. Experimental results showed that the reaction extent of thermal SO2/NH3 chemical reaction decrease linearly with increasing temperature.However,in pulse coronal discharge, SO2 removal exhibits a non-linear regularity with the increase in tempearture. Taking advantage of the composition of the products at various temperatures, it was revealed that two reaction pathways are in parallel in the SO2 removal, i. e. (1) salt formation is the first step and then oxidized,and (2) SO2 oxidation is the first step and followed by salt formation. At high temperature ,the latter pathway seems to be predominating.
