摘要
随着中国社会主义市场经济的不断深入发展和社会的不断进步，改革行政管理体制的要求也愈来愈迫切。那么，改革行政管理体制究竟应当重点改什麽？笔者认为，行政管理体制改革的重点应当是行政执法体制改革。行政执法体制改革，是目前中国推行行政改革和依法行政中需要解决的主要问题。下面，就此问题谈点肤浅认识。
Along with continued development of a socialist market economy in an in-depth way and continued social progress in China, it has become more and more imperative to reform the administrative management system in the country. Then, what is the key point in the reform of the administrative management system？ In my opinion, the key point in the reform of the administrative management system should be reform of the administrative law enforcement system. Reform of the administrative law enforcement system is a major issue that needs to be solved in China＇s ongoing drive to promote administrative reforms and administration by law. In the following, I would like to put forward my somewhat superficial understanding about this issue.
