首乌丸中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的HPLC法测定

Determination of 2,3,5,4'-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Shouwu Pills by HPLC

目的:建立首乌丸中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,选用C18ODS(250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱。流动相:乙腈-水(20∶80)。检测波长:320nm。结果:二苯乙烯苷在0.4556-2.278μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,样品的平均加样回收率为96.28%,RSD=0.32%,n=5。结论:本法简便,快速,结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂定量控制依据。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-glucoside in Shouwu Pills. Method：Da Lian Yi Li Te C18 was used as the stationary phase. Acetonitrile-water（20 ： 80） was used as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 320nm. Results：The linear correlation was good in the range of 0. 4556-2. 278μg. Correlation coefficient is 0.9999. The average recovery was 96.28% and the RSD was 0. 32%. Conclusion： The results showed that this method is simple,accurate and reliable. The method can be used for the quality control of Shouwu Pills.
