摘要 目的:明确核受体辅助抑制因子(N-CoR)在急性非淋巴细胞白血病细胞株及细胞分化过程中表达的变化,探讨其在急性白血病中的意义。方法:RT-PCR半定量检测16种急性非淋巴细胞白血病细胞株中N-CoR的基因表达及急性早幼粒细胞白血病细胞株在维A酸作用过程中的变化。结果:N-CoR在所有细胞株中都有表达,在急性早幼粒细胞白血病细胞株中随着细胞的分化表达增加。结论:N-CoR对维持白血病细胞的增殖起重要作用,其表达量的变化和细胞的分化状态相关。 Objective To explore the expression of nuclear co-repressor (N-CoR) in acute non-lymphocytic leukemia cell lines and the changes of its expression during the cell differentiation. Methods The N-CoR expression in 16 kinds of leukemia cell lines and the changes of acute promyelocytic leukemia cell lines with retinoid acid were detected using RT-PCR. Results N-CoR expression could be detected in all the cell lines and the expression levels increased with cell differetiation. Conclusions N-CoR is ubiquitously required for the proliferation of leukemia cells, whose expression is associated with cell differentiation.
