变频电针治疗胆石症的临床观察

Clinical observation on frequency-changeable electroacupuncture for treatment of cholelithiasis

目的:探求治疗胆石症疗效显著、安全实用的方法。方法:120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组取右侧的期门、梁门、日月、胆俞、肝俞、阳陵泉、胆囊穴,给予变频电针治疗;对照组依次给予中药排石汤、33%硫酸镁40mL、0·5%盐酸30mL及脂餐,做推按运经仪治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为86·7%,对照组总有效率为68·3%。两组疗效比较,统计学处理,P<0·05,差异有显著性意义,说明治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:变频电针疗法疗效肯定,较总攻排石疗法具有优势。

Objective To search for an effective, safe, practical therapy for removing cholelithiasis in biliary tract. Metlaods One hundred and twenty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group were treated with frequency-changeable electroacupuncture at Qimen （LR 14）, Liangmen （ST 21）, Riyue （GB 24）, Danshu （BL 19）, Ganshu （BL 18）, Yanglingquan （GB 34）, and Dannang （EX-LE6）, and the contral group with Chinese medicine Paishi Decoction, 40 mL of 33% magnesium sulfate, 30 mL of 0. 5% hydrochloric acid and fat diet, and with a Tuian Yunjing Instrument. Their therapeutic effects were observed. Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 68. 3% in the control group with a significant difference between the.two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The frequency-changeable electroaeupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on the gallstone which is better than the comprehensive lithagogue therapy.
