不同频率电针对家兔胃电节律紊乱调整效应研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的:观察不同频率电针对红霉素诱导的家兔胃电节律亢进的调整效应,为针灸临床选择合适频率参数提供参考依据。方法:将40只家兔做耳缘静脉注射红霉素复制胃电节律紊乱模型后,随机分为模型组、3Hz电针组、20Hz电针组、100Hz电针组,后3组分别用3Hz、20Hz、100Hz3种频率电针刺激“足三里”穴位,应用IEGG谱分析仪检测不同时间段的主频功率(PDP)和总功率(PTP)。结果:红霉素可使家兔胃电PDP和PTP明显增高(P<0·001);3种频率电针对家兔胃电PDP及PTP均有显著的降低作用(P<0·05),对PDP的影响3种频率之间差异无显著性意义(P>0·05);对PTP的影响20Hz电针疗效明显优于3Hz电针组(P<0·05),但与100Hz电针组比较差异无显著意义(P>0·05)。结论:3种频率电针对家兔胃电节律紊乱有显著的调整作用,可使亢进的胃肠运动降低,而且不同频率电针对胃电的调整效应不同。 Objective To investigate regulative effect of electroacupuncture (EA) of different frequencies on derangement of gastric electric rhythm in rabbits. Methods Derangement of gastric electric rhythm model was made with injection of erythromycin into ear vein in 40 rabbits, and randomly divided into a model group, a 3Hz-EA group, a 20Hz-EA group and a 100Hz-EA group. They were treated with EA at Zusanli (ST 36) with 3 Hz, 20Hz and 100Hz, respectively. PDP and PTP at different periods were detected with IEGG spectrum analyzer. Results Erythromycin could significantly enhance PDP and PTP values in the rabbit (P〈0. 001). PDP and PTP values were reduced significantly after EA with 3Hz, 20Hz and 100Hz (P〈0. 05), with no significant differences in effect on PDP among them (P〉0.05) ; therapeutic effect of the EA of 20Hz on PTP was better than that of 3Hz (P〈0.05), withno significant difference as compared with the EA of 100Hz. Conclusion EA of the 3 frequencies shows significantly different regulative effects on derangement of gastric electric rhythm in rabbits.
