胰腺癌组织中TGF-α及EGFR的表达与神经浸润的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨胰腺癌组织中TGF-α及EGFR的表达与胰腺癌神经浸润的关系。方法:用免疫组化方法检测31例胰腺癌及其对应癌旁组织中TGF-α及EGFR蛋白表达情况,并对实验结果进行统计学分析。结果:31例胰腺癌组织中存在神经浸润者19例,EGFR、TGF-α阳性表达分别为21例(67.74%)和18例(58.06%),与对应癌旁组织相比其表达的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在发生神经浸润的19例中,呈EGFR阳性表达16例(84.21%),TGF-α阳性表达12例(63.16%),TGF-α和EGFR共同阳性表达12例(63.16%);无神经浸润者12例中,呈EGFR阳性表达5例(41.67%),TGF-α阳性表达6例(50.00%),TGF-α和EGFR共同阳性表达仅2例(16.67%),与有神经浸润者比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TGF-α与EGFR在胰腺癌组织及其周围神经组织的过量表达可能构成了旁分泌作用,从而为癌细胞与神经组织之间的相互作用提供了可能,增加了癌细胞与神经组织的特殊亲和力,与胰腺癌易于发生神经浸润转移有关。 Objective To study the expression of TGF-α and EGFR in pancreatic cancer and their relationship with nervous invasion and metastasis. Method Expressions of TGF-α and EGFR in 31 cases of pancreatic cancer were immunohistochemically investigated. Results 19 out of the 31 cases had nervous invasion. The positive rate of EGFR and TGF-α were 67.74% (21/31) and 58.06% ( 18/31 ) respectively which had significance compared with the adjacent non-cancerous tissue(P 〈0.05). The expression of EGFR in pancreatic cancer correlated with nervous invasion (P 〈 0. 05). In the 19 cases with nervous invasion,EGFR was positive in 16 cases (84.21%) ,TGF-α was positive in 12 cases (63.16%) ,both were positive in 12 cases(63.16% ). In the remaining cases without nervous invasion,EGFR was positive in 5 cases (41.67%),TGF-α was positive was in 6 cases (50.00%), both were positive only in 2 cases (16.67%), there was a significant difference compared to those with nervous invasion. Conclusion Compared with normal tissues,the expressions of TGF-α and EGFR greater in pancreatic cancer ( P 〈 0.05 ). The over-expression of EGFR may be indicators of nervous invasion and the co-expression of TGF-α and EGFR may play an important role in nervous invasion of pancreatic cancer.
