摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像质量的影响因素,评估心电图编辑软件对提高冠状动脉成像质量的价值。方法收集我院2005年8月-2006年4月行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的981位患者的影像资料,分析成像质量及其影响因素。结果心率、心率波动幅度及呼吸运动与冠状动脉成像质量负相关。结论64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像质量受到患者心率、心率波动幅度、呼吸运动伪影及重建时相的影响。 Objective To investigate the influencing factors on the image quality of 64-slice CT coronary angiography, and to discuss the value of ECG edition software of 64-slice CT in coronary artery imaging. Methods The coronary artery imaging data of 981 patients who examined by 64-slice CT were collected from August 2005 to April 2006. The image quality and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results The patient's heart rate, fluctuation of heart rate and breathing movement were negatively related to the image quality. Conclusion Image quality of 64-slice CT coronary angiography affected by the patient's heart rate, fluctuation of heart rate, breathing artifact and reconstruction phase.
