摘要
本文基于对大功率晶体管组成的PWM交—交变频器的保护和故障诊断问题的研究,确定了保护对策,提出了保护方法,设计出用于这种变频器进行在线故障检测和离线故障诊断的微机系统,并研制成样机。实验证明,所研制的系统性能良好。这一研究成果对提高上述变频器在工业应用中的可靠性有重要意义。
This paper focuses on the protection and fault diagnosis for PWM AC-AC frequency changer which comprised of power transistor. First of all. the protection stratagies and protection circuits are presented on the basis of classifing the faults which may occur in this circuit. Secondly, a method for implementing the on-line fault detection and off-line fault diagnosis of this circuit is proposed. Finally, a 8031 microcomputer system dedicated on the protection and diagnosis has been designed, fabricated and tested. This research achievment is of significance to increasing the reliability of the FCC's industrial application.
