摘要
在电控发动机维修教学过程中,为了很好地结合实物进行讲授,对几个型号的本田电控汽油发动机各控制装置进行了推理分析,并对分析结果进行拆解验证。结果表明:通过运用相关控制原理,观察发动机各控制装置的安装位置、连接情况、工作后留下的痕迹,可准确判断控制装置的名称。
In the teaching process of Electronic Engine Repairing, in order to teach the course by combining real engine, several types of Honda electronic controlled engines are analyzed and the analyzed results are tested. The results indicate that using the related control principles and watching installing position, connecting condition and the trace after work of engines' control devices analysis can accurately judge the names of control devices. This is an effective method to rapidly understand the whole electronic controlled engine structure.
