摘要 隐性知识作为知识的一种重要类型,它的价值在过去往往被人们所忽视。内隐学习和显性知识内隐化是运动员、教练员等个体隐性知识生成的依据;竞技项目中隐性知识具有其自身特点,其隐形知识的显现不仅使运动员、教练员或管理人员隐性知识的交流与分享成为可能,而且也对竞技体育的发展与创新具有重要作用。 As an important kind of knowledge, the tacit value knowledge was neglected in the past. Implicit learning and the recessiveness of explicit knowledge are the way to form the individual tacit knowledge of the athletes and the coaches; Tacit knowledge in sports events has its own features, therefore, its revealment not only makes it possible for the athletes, coaches and administrators to exchange and communicate their tacit knowledge but also plays an important role in the development and innovation of sports.
