投资回报率价格管制方式下自然垄断企业与政府的博弈研究 被引量：2

摘要 由于自然垄断产业的技术经济特征,政府必须对其实行价格管制。本文讨论了投资回报率价格管制下产生的低效率的“A-J效应”,并对政府和自然垄断企业在价格管制中的“博弈”进行了分析,探讨走出“A-J效应”的困境,实现价格管制中政府部门和自然垄断企业“博弈”双方双赢的有效方式,在此基础上,提出了中国自然垄断产业的价格管制的选择对策。
