现代企业发展,安全文化毋庸质疑地成为企业安全管理工作的重要内容。在企业中逐步构筑多层次、多角度、多渠道的安全文化体系,成为企业安全管理的一项重要任务。营造浓厚的安全文化氛围,关键就是要将“以人为本”这一核心理念贯穿始终,以职工群众广泛参与的安全宣传教育活动为载体,以各项安全管理制度为标准,以调动广大职工参与安全管理的积极性、主动性为出发点,不断打造具有企业自身特点的安全文化,这样才能使安全文化真正发挥其应有的作用,使企业在现代安全管理中立于不败之地。

During the development of modern enterprises, safety culture has already undoubtedly become the most important work in the safty management of enterprises. It becomes an important task of the enterprise safety mangement that we construct the safety culture system with mutil levels, mutil angles and mutil channel little by little. The key for building a strong safety culture atmosphere is that we should pass through the ＂human - centered＂ core idea from the beginning to the end. We should take the safety publicity education which were widespread participated by staff and workers as the carrier, take each safety management institution as the standard, take the enthusiasm and initiative of transferring the general staff to participate in the safety management as the starting point, and we should unceasingly build our safety culture possessing of our own enterprise characteristic. Only by this way, we can make the safety culture truly display the function which it should have, and drive the enterprise into the invincible position in the modern safety management.
