Application of permanent needle of deep venipuncture to first aid of extensive burn

目的:探讨深静脉穿刺置管术在抢救大面积烧伤中的应用。方法:回顾88例大面积烧伤病人行深静脉穿刺置管术的操作特点、穿刺结果、并发症及护理配合。结果:穿刺成功率93%,抢救效果佳,并发症少。结论:深静脉穿刺置管术在抢救大面积烧伤中具有重要作用。

Objective：To explore the clinical application of permanent needle of deep venipuncture in early management of extensive hum. Methods：88 patients with extensively hum are analyzed. Results ：The success rate of venipuncture was 96%. The effect was satisfactory, while the complication was less. Conclusion：The permanent needle of deep venipuncture shows an important role in early management of extensive bum.
