原发性十二指肠恶性肿瘤（附25例报告）

CLINICAL ANALYSIS IN 25 PATIENTS OF MALIGNANT PRIMARY DUODENAL NEOPLASM

本文报告原发性十二指肠恶性肿瘤２５例，位于球部１例、降部２０例、横部和升部各２例；其中腺癌２２例，肉瘤３例。十二指肠低张造影和十二指肠镜检查有诊断价值，其预后与肿瘤局部浸润密切相关；提高生存率的关键是对本病的早期诊断和手术；并需高度注意对本病手术中的漏、误诊。

This paper reports 25 cases of primary malignant tumor of duodenum. One case of tumor was located at the superior part of duodenum, 20 cases at descending part, 2 cases at horizontal part and 2 cases at ascending part. 22 cases of tumor were adenocarcinoma and 3 cases were sarcoma. Hypotensive duodenography and duodenoscopy were valuable to the diagnosis of the tumor. The prognosis was related to the local infiltration of tumor. The key factors to improve survival rate were early diagnosis and early operation of the tumor; much attention must be paid to avoid mis diagnosis of the tumor during operation.
