摘要
本文以齿层比磁导法建立五相混合式步进电动机的非线性磁网络模型,并给出计算该类电机基本参数、性能的计算方法和计算机程序。利用该程序计算了某一五相混合式步进电动机的矩角特性、旋转感应电压和绕组电感;与实测结果的比较表明,计算值有较高的精度。本文的工作是步进电动机CAD的一部分,所有计算程序都是在个人微型计算机上实现,程序有效而实用。
Applying the tooth layer specific permeability method, the authors in this paper introduce a non-linear equivalent magnetic circuit for a five-phase hybrid stepping motor and describe the calculating method and computer program for the calculation of the basic parameters and performance of the motor. The static torque-angle characteristics, rotating induced E MF and winding inductance are calculated by using this computer program, Experimental show good coincidence with calculated results. It proved to be a practical computer program. The work of this paper is one part of the CAD of a stepping motor.
