摘要 详细论述PowerBus通讯技术原理、系统组成结构和系统工作过程,给出了通讯模型、数据通讯格式和软件实现模块。该方案使用电力线载波通讯技术,可以实现对粮仓设备实时远程监控。通过温度和湿度传感器采集到的数据,经过通信网络回送给PC机,实现自动控制粮仓通风设备。通过在主控机加外部存储器和实时时钟来实现脱机控制。系统已在多个大型粮库使用并得到用户的肯定。系统具有能够避免繁重的布线工作,减轻粮库职工劳动强度,安装使用方便,经济节能等特点,有良好的应用与推广价值。 The PowerBus communicate theory is discussed in detail, including its structure and work process, and provides the communicate model and software model. This scheme can implement remote supervise and control over devices by using Power Bus technique, the data which gathered by temperature and humidity sensor, are transmitted to PC through communication network. So the system realizes automatic control. It also implements the offline control recur by real-o'clock and external memory. The system is already used in some large grain depot, and fills the need of grain storage. This system relieves of the laborious wiring process and is easy to install and use. The application of this system is very promising and valuable.
