摘要
介绍以ISO14649中STEP-NC为基础的集产品设计、工艺设计、加工制造为一体的新CAD/CAPP/CAM/NC体系结构,研究联结产品设计和STEP-NC加工制造的工艺设计步骤,着重分析设计特征和制造特征的转换、制造特征分解、零件工艺信息模型及制造特征排序的机制。在Pro/E设计特征系统的支持下先进行CAD设计,然后通过Pro/TOOLK IT提取制造特征,建立零件工艺信息模型,再根据特征组工艺库、知识库和制造资源库对工艺方案进行整理,最后生成STEP-NC文件。
STEP-NC builds a new frame of CAD/CAPP/CAM/NC, but some keys are hard to deal with. Introduces a system embedded in Pro/E, based on STEP-NC and had functions of designing products, settling procedure schemes, machining, etc. It sets up some new methods, such as mapping designing features to machining features, breaking down machining features, sorting machining features, and so on. It also adopts some conventional ways which always are used in traditional CAPP systems, such as how to trim, how to unit, how to sort and how to settle down procedure tree. The procedure tree is the information model of this CAPP system, which is exported as STEP-NC files at final.
