摘要
从碳源、氮源、温度、pH和光照等5个方面对斜生褐孔菌菌丝生长特性进行研究。结果表明,斜生褐孔菌菌丝生长的最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨,适宜的pH为6.0~10.0,最佳的生长温度是28℃,在连续黑暗条件下培养有利于菌丝的生长。
Effects of carbon sources, nitrogen sources, temperature, pH, light on the mycelial growth of Phaeoporus obliquus were studied. The results showed that the optimal carbon sources, nitrogen sources were glucose, peptone, respectively. The suitable temperature, pH were 28℃, 6.0-10.0 , respectively. And the darkness favored the growth of mycelium.
