摘要
研究了用V—H2O2—PAR三元配合物体系吸光光度法测定茶叶中痕量钒的方法。最大吸收波长为550nm,测定值的RSD≤4.1,钒的平均回收率为94.0%~107.5%。结果表明,该法灵敏度高、选择性好、干扰少。
A method to determine trace Vanadium in tea by three-member complexation spectrophotometry is discussed in this papers. The maximum absorbance is at 550 nm. RSD≤4.1. The recovery ratio of Vanadium is 94,0%-107,5%. The method has been applied to the determination of vanadium in tea with satisfactory results.
