摘要
为了研究折流栅对汽轮发电机定子水冷器传热与阻力特性的影响,对折流栅水冷器壳侧进行了流路分析,并以折流栅及螺旋槽管为强化换热元件对水冷器传热和阻力性能进行了模化试验研究。折流栅作为管束的支撑结构不仅可以减轻流体诱导振动,而且可提高换热系数,降低压降。随着折流栅间距减小,水冷器传热性能提高,但阻力也相应增大。因此,应合理选择折流栅间距,以实现水冷器结构和性能的优化,更好地满足汽轮发电机的实际运行工况。
In order to study the influence of grid-baffles upon heat transfer and resistance performance of stator's water cooler for turbo-generators,the flow passage in shell side of water cooler with grid-baffles has been analysed,and modeling test study being carried out by using grid-baffles and spirally corrugated tubes as reinforced heat exchange device to obtain heat transfer and resistance performance of the water cooler.Using grid-baffles as supporting structure of the tube bandles not only can reduce the flow induced vibration,but also can increase heat transfer coefficient,and decrease the pressure drop.Along with decreasing the space between grid-baffles,the heat transfer performance of water cooler has been enhanced,but the resistance being correspondingly increased,therefore,the space between grid-baffles should be reasonably selected,to realize optimization of structure and performance for the water cooler,satisfying better the actual operating condition of turbogenerator.
