选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝装置对锅炉结构的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目前国内采用选择性催化还原脱硝工艺进行烟气脱硝处理的燃煤机组较多,但多数是在主机合同已经签订的条件下再配套SCR脱硝装置,其安装不可避免会对锅炉结构产生影响。为此,结合某电厂600 MW燃煤机组脱硝工程,就SCR脱硝装置对锅炉尾部及空气预热器的影响进行了分析,并指出设计、施工应注意的问题。 At present,the coal-fired units use the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) technology for denitrification treatment of the flue gas to be comparatively much,but many of them are newly constructed units accompanied again with SCR denitrification facility to form a complete set under condition in which the contract of main unit having already been signed,it is inavoidably affecting the boiler.For this reason,combined with the denitrification project of 600 MW unit in one power plant,the influence of SCR denitrification facility upon tail section and air preheater of the boiler has been analysed,and problems needing attention in design and construction being pointed out.
