摘要
总结了2台罗马尼亚进口的330 MW汽轮发电机组几年来多次振动故障的处理实践,涉及高、中、低压转子的轴系综合平衡,高、中压转子支承轴承的稳定性,升速过程动静碰磨引起转子的热弯曲振动及定速过程轴颈与轴瓦的轻摩擦振动,接触式绝对轴振动测量系统频率低于12 Hz的振动信号分量的失真显示,运行中发生断叶片的诊断判别,发电机轴承的稳定性等。
The remedial practice of vibration troubles repeatedly occurred in recent years on two 330 MW turbo-generator sets imported from Romania has been summarized,involving overall balance of shafts for high_-,medium_-,and low_-pressure rotors;the hot bending vibration resulting from fraction between movable and stable parts in speed up process,as well as slight rubbing vibration between shaft neck and bearing shoe in constant speed process;the distorsion display of vibration signal component below frequency 12 Hz coming from the contact type absolute shaft vibration measuring system,which even can lead to false trip of the unit;diagnosis and judgement of brocken blades occurred in operation,and for the stability of generator's bearing.
