摘要
介绍了镇江电厂三期240 m烟囱钢内筒钛钢复合板焊接工艺及焊接质量控制要点,认为加强钛贴条的密封程度、母材与焊材的清洁度以及焊接熔池的气体保护等是保证钛焊接质量的重要条件。该厂三期烟囱钛钢复合板焊缝无损检测一次合格率达99.9%,实践证明其焊接工艺是可行的。
The welding technolgy and key points for controlling weld quality concerning titanium-steel composite plate of internal steel barrel shell in 210 m chimney of third-phase project in Zhenjiang Power Plant have been presented.It is believed that the important condition for ensuring weld quality of titanium is strengthening the tightness of sticked titanium tape,the cleanness of basic material and welded material,as well as the inert gas shielding of melten pool in welding etc..The non-destructive examination of welded joints on titanium-steel composite plate in the chimney of third-phase project in the power plant had 99.9% percent of pass for once.Practice shows the said welding technology to be feasible.
