摘要
利用幂律流体的本构方程建立了幂律流体在斜齿齿轮泵间隙中的泄漏模型,并得到了最佳间隙的隐函数式及摩擦功率,同时给出实例并进行了数值计算。研究结果为聚合物齿轮泵的间隙优化设计及漏流特性提供了重要的理论依据。
Through utilizing the origin equation of polymer fluid, the paper established its leak model for the gear clearances of a helical gear pump and obtained the implicit functional expressions and frictional power of its optimal clearances. At the same time, an instance was presented to carry out their numerical calculation. The research results provide an important theoretical basis for the optimal design and leak properties of the clearances of polymer gear pumps.
