摘要
对KUM-750型六坐标并联测量机的运动性能进行了分析,通过实测获得其主运动机构的结构参数并建立了机构的运动学模型。分析了测量机的工作空间、精度特性及测量头轴线的姿态能力并给出它们的几何描述,相关结果有助于较全面地了解测量机的运动性能。
The paper analyzed the kinematics performance of KUM-750 type 6-UPS parallel measurement machines, Through the machines' measurement, the configuration parameters for their main kinematics mechanisms were obtained, and the mechanisms' kinematics model was established. Then the workspace and precision characteristics of the measurement machines and the orientation scope of their stylus axis were analyzed; their geometrical descriptions were presented. The analysis results are helpful for a comprehensive understanding of kinematics performance of parallel measurement machines.
