摘要
在振动离心复合环境仿真系统中,当振动台动圈受离心力影响偏离原来的平衡工作位置时,将会影响振动台的正常工作。为了消除这种影响,本文提出了一种使用具有位置控制阀系统的空气弹簧来克服离心力的方法。并对地面振动台和离心机上振动台的振动分别进行了仿真计算,仿真结果表明:这种方法可以满足克服离心力的要求。
In the simulation system of vibration and centrifugation compound environment, centrifugal force acts on the shaker of a vibration table which, as a result, deviates from the original balanced work position and cannot operate normally. In order to counteract the centrifugal force, a counteraction method by means of a pneumatic spring which possesses a position control valve is proposed. The counteraction effects of the vibration tables installed on a ground and on a centrifugal machine respestively are simulated, and the simulation results show that the method meets the requirement of counteracting centrifugal force.
