摘要
以重铬酸钾改性煤基活性炭为催化剂合成了环己酮乙二醇缩酮,并获得了较佳合成条件:n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5(摩尔比),催化剂用量为总反应物料质量的2.3%(环己酮质量的4.5%),10.0 mL环己烷作分水剂,反应时间为1.0 h,产率为91.7%,实验结果表明该催化剂具有较高的催化活性。
Cyclohexanone glycol ketal was synthesized by using K2Cr2O7 modified coal acitve carbon as catalyst. The optimum conditions were as follows : the molar ratio of cyclohexanone to glycol was 1 : 1.5 ( based on 0.05 mole cyclohexanone), the volume of cyclohexane was 10.0 mL the quantity of catalyst equaled to 2.3 % of feed stocks (4.5 % based on the mass of cyclohexanone), and the reaction time was 1.0 h. The yield of product was 91.7% . The catalyst showed high activity for the reaction. In addition, the catalyst can be easily obtained and used repeatedly.
