摘要
通过试验研究与理论分析相结合的方法,发现在生产X70(14.7×1535mm)管线钢时,带钢卷入瞬时产生巨大的动载荷。其原因是夹送辊夹紧力不足,在带钢卷入瞬时,与卷筒发生短时打滑飞车现象导致主传动系统发生强烈的自激振动造成的。加大夹送辊夹紧力后,自激振动现象消失,动载荷明显降低。
When producing X70( 14.7 ×1535mm) pipeline steel, it is found that the velocity of the drum of down coiler is out of control at the moment the strip steel is nipped by the drum and 1# wrapper roll. This phenomenon results in the generation of self-excited vibration of down coiler main drive system. It is because the clamping force of the pinch roils is not enough. After increasing the clamping force of the pinch roils, the self-excited vibration of down coiler main drive system vanishs.
