摘要 较为详细分析了钢坯连铸机冷床平移液压系统的背压高的原因,指出背压高主要原因是油缸被惯性负载托着运动所致,提出一种既简单又实用的降低油缸背压的方法。此方法应用于实践受到很好的效果,也提高了铸机作业率和延长了设备寿命,同时为企业挽回了巨大的经济损失。 More detailed analyzed the steel blank to connect the cold bed of machine of casting even move the liquid to press the system to carry on the back to press the high reason, point out to carry on the back to press high and main reason is the oil urn was held the sport by the inertial load with the result that, put forward a kind of since simple lower the oil urn method that carries on the back to press practically again. This method applies to be subjected to the good result in the fulfillment, also raising the casting machine homework rate and prolonging the equipments life span, saving the huge economy to lose for the plant at the same time.
