334例泌尿生殖道支原体感染及药敏分析 被引量:1

Analysis of 334 Cases of Urethra and Procreation System Mycoplasma Infection and the Antibiotic Susceptibility Test of the Mycoplasma Strains

摘要 目的了解茂名地区支原体引起泌尿生殖道感染状况,为临床治疗支原体感染的抗生素选择提供科学依据。方法对334例泌尿生殖道感染患者进行支原体培养及12种药物敏感试验。结果334份标本中,支原体阳性186例,总阳性率55.7%,解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)及Uu+Mh混合感染的阳性率分别为4.5%(15例)、18.3%(61例)和32.9%(110例)。药敏结果显示:交沙霉素、强力霉素的抗菌活性较强,敏感率均在75%以上;耐药性最高的是环丙沙星,其次是红霉素。结论茂名地区支原体感染以Uu+Mh为主,且女性感染率高,故应重视女性患者的支原体培养,临床上交沙霉素、强力霉素可作为目前茂名地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染的首选抗生素。 Obejective To study the infection of urethra and procreation system in Maoming area. Methods 334 samples were collected from the patients with urethra and procreation system infection. Mycoplasma was cultured and tested for drug sensitivity using the mycoplasma-reagent kit. The susceptibilities of the mycoplasma strains to 12 antibiotics were tested. Results 55.7% individuals (186/334) showed positive in mycoplasma test, in which 4.5% (15/186) was positive for Uu, 18.3% (61/186) for Mh, and 32.9% (110/186) for Uu+Mh. The mycoplasma strains were more sensitive to josamycin and doxycycline, with a sensitivity 〉 75%, than to other antibiotics. The strains showed the highest resistance to ciprofloxacin and next to erythromycin. Conclusion The major mycoplasma strains causing urethra and procreation system infection were Uu and Mh in Maoming area, and therefore josamycin and doxycycline should be applied for the treatment.
