Characteristic Study of Technical Traning Class of Excellent Female Trampoline Team

本文采用跟踪观察、调查访问等方法,对我国优秀女子蹦床队技术训练课进行系统研究。研究的内容涉及技术训练课计划、训练课的结构、训练内容的选择及训练负荷的控制等方面,旨在为广大蹦床教练员实施训练提供借鉴,在蹦床运动训练中产生以点带面的效应。

In this paper, spot observation and investigation are comprehensively adopted to analyse the characteristics of the technical training class of Excellent Female Trampoline Team. The contents of this study include the plan and the structure of the technical training class, the selection of the training contents and the control of the training charge and so on. The main purpose of this study is to provide the basis for the trampoline technical training so that it could fan out from point to area.
