摘要
Na3+xLuxZr2-xSi2Po12系统的钠快离子导体,由Na2Co3、Lu2O3、ZrO2,SiO2和NH4H2PO4为原料经高温(1000-1200℃)固相反应20-28小时制得。一个具有C2/结构的Nasicon相可在起始组成为x=0-0.8范围内发现,Na3+xLuxZr2-xSi2PO12系统的晶胞体积在X≤0.4时是随X增大而增大,当X〉0.4时则是随X增大而缩小。
Sodium fast ion coductors of Na3+xLuxZr2-xSi2PO12 system were prepared from the mixtures of Na2CO3,Lu2O3,ZrO2,SiO2 and NH4H2PO4 by solid phase reaction at the temperature range of 1000℃- 1200℃ for 20-28 hours. A Nasicon phase with space group C2/c can be found in the composition range x=0 --1.0 The unit-cell dimensions of Na3+xLuxZr2-xSi2PO12 system increase with increasing X when X≤ 0.4 and decreae with increasing X when x〉0.4 .The maximum conductivity is 3.16 × 10-2s/cm, at 300 ℃ for the initial composition x=0.4 and its activation energy is 45.5kJ/mole in the temperature range 200 - 400 ℃ .
