摘要
检测２０３例ＮＩＤＤＭ患者治疗前，治疗后第２，４，８周的血清果糖胺（ＦＭ）及空腹血糖（ＦＢＧ）结果与５２例正常对照组比较，均呈正相关关系Ｐ＜０．０１。治疗前与治疗后第８周ＦＢＧ和ＦＭ呈正相关Ｐ＜０．０１。ＦＭ反映糖尿病２１４周间的血糖水平，随ＦＢＧ升降，能较快评定治疗效果。
s: We determined serum fructosamine (FM) concentration and fasting blood glucose (FBG) concentration in 203 patients with NIDDM and 52 controls. The results showed that FM levels and FBG levels before treatment and in the 2rd,4th and 8th week after treatment had parallel relationships with those of controls. FBG level and FM level befroe treatment also had parallel relation-ships with those in the 8th week after treatment. FM was able to reflect FBG level during the period 2 to 4 weeks ago and assessed the therapic effect quickly.
