目的:探讨分化型甲状腺癌的最佳治疗手段方法总结比较667例分化型甲状腺癌手术、放疗、化疗5年10年生存率。结果单纯放疗、化疗或手术前后放疗、化疗与单纯手术相比较,3年生存率统计学无差异,5年10年生存率为低;术前放疗+手术并发症多结论手术是分化型甲状腺癌的最佳选择。

Objective To evaluate the best treatment method for differentiation carcinoma . Methods To compare the 5-, 10-years survival rates 667 case differentiation carcinoma of thyroid by surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Results There were no significant in the3-years survival rates,the 5-, 10-years survival rates were lower than the former. Conclusion the best treatment method for differentatin carcinoma is operation.
