小儿低位隐睾的手术方法探讨

THE DISCUSSION OF THE OPERATIVE METHODS FOR THE LOW CRYPTORCHID IN CHILDREN

我院自１９７８～１９９４年采用Ｇｒｏｓｓ法，肉膜囊固定法、阴囊内睾丸固定法治疗小儿低位隐睾１４３只。随访结果：Ｇｒｏｓｓ法术后睾丸位置优良率６４％，回缩率９％，睾丸大小正常率３９％，较小率５５％。肉膜囊法术后睾丸位置优良率８３％，回缩率３％，大小正常率７３％，较小率２３％。阴囊内睾丸固定法术后睾丸位置优良率９９％；回缩率０，大小正常率８５％，较小率１３％。结果显示，肉膜囊固定法优于Ｇｒｏｓｓ法，（Ｐ＜０．０５），阴囊内固定法优于肉膜囊固定法和Ｇｒｏｓｓ法，（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

From 1978 to 1994,the Low cryptorchid of 143 children was cured by Gross'method,fixation in dartos Capsule and Orchidopexy in scrotum. At the time of follow up,in the Gross'method group,the Superior rate of the testis position was 64%,the tetraction's rate was 9%; the normal rate of the testis'size was 39%,the Smaller rate was 55%.In the fixation in dartos capsule group,The superior rate of the testis'position was 83%,the retraction's rate was 3%;the normal rate of the testis size was 73%,the smaller was 23%.In the orchidopexy of the scrotum group,the Superior rate of the testis'position was 99%,the retraction's rate was zero;the normal rate of the testis'size was 85%,The smaller was 13%.Our results show that the fixation in dartos capsule is better than the Gross'method(P<0.05),While the orchidopexy in the scrotum is better than fixation in dartos or the Gross'method(P<005).
