右前纵隔原发性精原细胞瘤1例报告并文献复习

Primary Anterior Mediastinal Seminoma: One Case Report and Literature Review

目的:介绍纵隔原发性精原细胞瘤的临床特点和诊治方法。方法:报告1例右前纵隔原发性精原细胞瘤的病例资料及病理结果,并进行文献复习。结果:纵隔原发性精原细胞瘤好发于青壮年,临床表现无特殊性,CT检查以及病理结果有诊断意义;提倡综合治疗,可望治愈。结论:提高对纵隔原发性性精原细胞瘤的认识,注意鉴别诊断,避免误诊。

Objective：To introduce the clinical features,diagnosis and therapy of primary mediastinal seminoma. Methods ：One case of right anterior primary mediastinal seminoma was reported, combined with relative literatures review. Results：Primary mediastinal seminoma was prone to occurring in the young with non-specific manifestations. CT screen and pathological results were major methods for diagnosis of such disease. With multidisciplinary therapy, presently primary mediastinal seminoma was possibly salvable. Conclusion：Ought to enhance the understanding of clinical characteristics, differentiate the distinction and avoid the misdiagnosis.
