摘要 血管紧张素Ⅱ拮抗药物(包括血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和血管紧张素受体拮抗剂)已在临床得到广泛使用,尽管安全性相对较好,但仍会出现不良反应,而且医生对其仍缺乏足够认识。本文对其作用机制、主要不良反应及其防治进行概述,以有助于合理应用该类药物。
