摘要
印刷机主体结构装配时的传统定位方法,一直沿用芯轴定位的方法。经研究表明,这种方法存在较大的定位误差,影响印刷机的装配质量和使用寿命,同时影响到印刷的套印精度。以误差最大值、平均值和忽略极小量的计算方法,计算出现在采用的定位方法产生的定位误差值,在结合当前改进、提高和采用现代检测技术的基础上,计算出采用新的定位方法产生的定位误差,从而大幅度地提高定位精度,对印刷机的工作精度产生深远影响。该方法经部分企业应用,取得了较好的实际效果。
The traditional method of register is continuously adopting the one core register when the printer's major structure is assembled. Studies indicate that this method reveals more register difference, affecting the printer's qualities and lifetime; and its register accuracy is affected as well. This paper will, with the computing method at the error maximum value, average value and canceling the minimum, calculate the register difference value produced by adopting the existing method of register. Accompanied with the present improvement, promotion and adoption of the modern testing technique, the register difference produced by adopting the new method of register will be calculated. Thus, the new methods of register will greatly raise the register accuracy and have far-reaching significance to the machine' s working accuracy.
