胃宝治疗门脉高压性胃病36例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 36 Cases of Portal Hypertensive Gastropathy Treated with Weibao

目的:探讨胃宝治疗门脉高压性胃病(PHG)的临床疗效。方法:采用胃宝(治疗组)治疗PHG36例,并与西咪替丁联合吗丁啉(对照组)治疗36例随机对照观察。结果:治疗组治疗后,临床症状改善、肝功能恢复及胃内镜下胃黏膜改善等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:胃宝治疗PHG,能降低门脉高压,改善肝功能,促进胃黏膜修复。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Weibao on portal hypertensive gastropathy （PHG）. Methods： The treatment group of 36 cases of PHG was treated with Weibao,and the control group of 36 cases was treated with Domperidone combined with Cimetidine. Results： After treatment of 3 months, effect of the treatment group was to that of the control group in improvement of clinical symptoms, recovery of hepatic function and gastric mucosa under endoscope. Conclusion： Weibao can decrease portal hypertension,improve hepatic function and promote repair of gastric mucosa in treatment of PHG.
