摘要
在全混流反应器多级串联作3/2级化学反应时,为了求各级反应器的出口浓度,就具体实例利用图解法、递推法和计算机程序法求解。结果表明:递推法计算结果和程序运行结果一致,但递推法费时费力,图解法又不够精确。只有计算机程序的方法简便、快速、精确,在全混流反应器多级串联的设计中具有重要的应用价值。而且,对实际化工生产过程的控制也具有重要意义。
In order to get the output concentration of every reactor on the multiple mixed flow reactors in series for 3/2-order reactions. Graph method, interactive formula and computer program developed by us are all utilized in relation to special example. Although the outcome of interactive method is consistent with that of computer program, it needs a great deal of time and energy to get the value by the interactive formula, and the way of graph is not accurate enough. The conclusion is that computer programs are convenient, quick, accurate, and it is important not only in the design of the multiple mixed flow reactors in series but also in the control of productive process of chemical industry.
