摘要
以电化学方法研究DNA滴定的过程中,涉及一个复杂的四参数数学模型来分析实验数据,通过该模型获得DNA与被滴定物质之间相互作用的信息,其中包括键合常数K、键合位点数s、游离的化合物分子的扩散系数D_f和与DNA结合的化合物分子的扩散系数D_b。本文基于Matlab中的“fminsearch”提出了一种用于拟合该模型,结果表明,本文提出的方法能够很好地解决模型的参数拟合问题,而且本文对各参数对滴定曲线的影响做了分析。
In studies of DNA titration with electrochemical method, a mathematics model with four parameters is involved to obtain interaction information of DNA and titrate compound. These parameters include binding intensity K, binding site number s, and diffusion coefficients of the bound （Db ） and free （Df） compound. In this paper, a method was proposed to fit the model with function of ＂fminsearch＂ of Matlab software. The results indicated that this method could fit the model well. Also, each parameter＇s influences to titration curve was analyzed.
