To find and conclude the limitation of Notes itself in designing and creating report table through the using of Chengdu Railway Administration＇s Lotus Domino/Notes System, It was classified impracticable report tables by characters, and discussed them, Meanwhile, described the OLE （Object Linking and Embedding） technology supported by Notes platform. Corresponding to those different report tables, it was designed the different solution based on OLE technology.
