摘要
研究一种用环己烷萃取2,3-二氨基萘衍生物进行痕量硒测定的荧光法.对测定过程中影响荧光强度的各种主要因素以及最佳条件的确定进行了探讨,建立一种新的荧光法测定硒.结果表明:该法的线性范围宽(1.30μg/L)、检出限低(0.22μg/L)、稳定性好,回收率在93.7%~104.4%之间,相对标准偏差小于2.9%.
A fluorescence spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace selenium in mushroom, straw mushroom and edible black fungus was established using the cyclohexane extraction and 2, 3-diaminoaphthalene derivatization. The main factors and the optimal conditions which affected the fluorescence intensity were analysed in details. The new method indicated that there was a wide linear interval ( 1 - 30μg/ L), low detection limit ( 1.57μg/L) . The recovery was 93.7 % - 104. 4 %, and the relative standard deviation was less than 2.9 %.
